• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Job Seekers

As a job seeker, you agree to:

• Provide accurate professional information and credentials
• Submit only genuine job applications and referral requests
• Respect referrers' time and effort
• Pay agreed-upon fees promptly when referral requests are accepted
• Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience

Referrers

As a referrer, you agree to:

• Verify that you are currently employed at the companies you represent
• Only make referrals you genuinely believe in
• Follow your company's referral policies and guidelines
• Review applications thoroughly before accepting referral requests
• Communicate honestly about the referral process and timeline

Service Fees

Job seekers may be required to pay fees when a referrer accepts their referral request. All fees are clearly displayed before you submit a request. By proceeding with a request, you agree to pay the stated fees.

Refund Policy

Fees are generally non-refundable once a referrer has submitted your referral to their company. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion in cases where:

• The referrer fails to submit your referral as agreed
• Technical issues prevent the service from being delivered

Platform Fees

ReferLoops charges a platform fee on each transaction. This fee covers the cost of maintaining the platform, providing customer support, and processing payments.

Platform Content

All content on ReferLoops, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by ReferLoops or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to ReferLoops (resumes, profiles, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.

No Guarantee of Employment

ReferLoops is a platform to connect job seekers with referrers. We do not guarantee that:

• You will receive an interview or job offer
• A referral will be submitted to the company
• The referrer's recommendation will be successful
• The company will respond to your application

User Verification

While we take steps to verify user identities and employment status, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all user-provided information. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.

Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with ReferLoops, please contact us first to attempt an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.
